MCSA: Windows Server 2016 Certification

Earning the Microsoft MCSA: Windows Server 2016 certification will qualify students for a position as a network or computer systems administrator or as a computer network specialist. Gaining this certification proves a student’s fundamental knowledge and skills to reduce IT costs and deliver more business value for their companies.

Certification Prerequisites

None, but the following skills and knowledge are highly recommended:

  • A basic understanding of networking fundamentals
  • An awareness and understanding of security best practices
  • An understanding of basic AD DS concepts
  • Basic knowledge of server hardware
  • Experience supporting and configuring Windows client operating system such as Windows 8 or Windows 10
