Stormwind Studios is the leading provider of cloud-based online training, improving the teams of companies such as Land Rover, McDonalds, PetSmart, the US Navy, and more. We are looking for a Senior Customer Service Representative, but not just any run of the mill rep; true Client Amazement Representatives .

We want people who know that everyone is your customer – our clients, our employees, the CEO, the office building’s day porter. Part of your job is to make sure that everything looks good. With that said, everyone knows that the devil is in the details, and we are obsessed with details.

Duties
Entering data to create client accounts.
Generate and analyze data for presentation to internal clients.
Answer inbound client calls and emails, diagnose and resolve any questions or issues they are experiencing.
Communicate proactively with clients via phone and email to foster relationships, upsell and generate sales renewals.
Requirements
Be able to talk to anyone at any time, politely and professionally.
Must not confuse being busy with being productive.
Must be able to write professionally and have excellent spelling and grammar skills.
Have the ability to not just listen, but to hear what is being said.
Must have a winning attitude and demonstrated dedication to ensuring client amazement.
Constantly assess and recommend ways our team can be more efficient, generate more revenue, and generally, be more awesome (if being more awesome is even possible).
Must be able to independently, and as part of a team, think critically, make decisions and take actions which are ethical, professional, and profitable.
Be able to take a tumble and get right back up because that’s what people do when they fall down. (There is no fashion roadkill here.)

Technical Skills
Minimum of Associates degree or equivalent work experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Regional Consulting Manager or Elite Sales Genius

Directs the sales efforts for a game-changing, new product line for a two time Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year winning company. The ideal Regional Consulting Manager is an experienced and professional closer well versed in the art of transactional selling using proven selling methodologies and skills. You will be extremely proficient in prospecting and relationship building throughout client organizations to include all Director, V, and C-level executives.

Duties
Be able to expertly deploy sales and communication techniques to deliver touch points of persuasion, product knowledge, and beauty that surprises your prospect—like a ninja butterfly delivering roundhouse kicks to the chin of ambivalence.
Be the “Maverick” on your team partnering with a “Goose” to lead and organize the efforts in the delivery and closing of qualified leads and prospects via your ninja-like phone skills
Work with the Sales Leadership and Marketing teams to create, gather, and interpret information on programs to drive and close business
Compile and deliver competitive information or bulletins, where evident, vital to StormWind
Assess quality of leads, support materials and compile appropriate feedback for Sales and Marketing
Work creatively and independently to create marketing and sales plans to impact the team
Job Requirements

Account Development Consultant aka: Ninja Sales Apprentice

Directs the prospecting and pre-sales efforts for the Inside and Outside Sales teams for a game-changing new product line for a 3rd-Gen company startup team. The duties of this position are critical to reducing the sales cycle of an account. The primary objective is to support the Regional Consulting Managers and Directors by providing superior prospect and client information, feedback, and content to aid in achieving the Sales Department’s revenue goals. This is accomplished by calling on key decision makers at Fortune 1000 companies and strategizing the optimum marketing approach for each prospect. This position will directly impact the Sales Teams revenue flow.

Duties
Be open to being the Daniel-san (or Danielle-san) to our Miyagi and learn how to become a professional and highly skilled salesperson.
Lead and organize the efforts of a prospecting and pre-sales team in the delivery of qualified leads and prospect relationships to an Inside or Outside Account Development team via ninja-like phone skills

At least 3-5 years proven experience selling IT-related services in a B2B environment
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related discipline preferred
Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas

Desire to be successful, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and handle multiple quotes/proposals simultaneously
Tenacity and high levels of energy and self-motivation
